Wil-Care Transportation, Inc. is a Medical Transportation Service. Recently, he’s changed the name and added services to keep up with transportation needs of the community. Originally called, “Good- Wil Transportation”, the revised entity Wil-Care Transportation is now accepting Medicaid. In addition, Wagner himself being a Veteran has reached out to the Veteran Community providing transportation services for a variety of organizations including Clear Path.
Wagner, talks about his transformation from being on disability to becoming an entrepreneur, “I began doing my research and determined that there are going to be a lot of people requiring this service in the year 2013. I found out that this is a good field to get into. So, I learned how to formally transport people from one place to the other without getting hurt.”
Wil-Care Transportation, Inc. has vehicles designed to comfortably transport people whether its door-to-door transportation services for seniors and people with disabilities, to airport services, small package deliveries, and prescription deliveries.
Other services include transporting anything from flowers to the pick-up of a child from school. With the addition of Medicaid Transportation Service, Wil-Care is better able to serve the needs of Syracuse and Central New York’s low income community.
Wagner puts emphases on customer service, “I’m on time. I want to make sure the patients gets to their appointments on time.”
