Forum will take place at St. Lucy’s Church Gymnasium from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The Syracuse Police Department announced that its public forum on use of force will be held on Friday, June 28, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the St. Lucy’s Church gymnasium at 432 Gifford Street. Syracuse Police Chief Kenton Buckner and representatives of the Syracuse Police Department will share more information about the Department’s updated Use of Force Policy and will take questions from attendees about the policy and use of force.
Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh, Deputy Mayor Sharon Owens and other representatives of city government will also be in attendance and participate in the forum. The meeting is open to the public.
